Commercial disclosure

2026-10-21

About this page

This page gives the information that the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法) asks a seller of services to publish. It is written for the way Quiet Cloud Rise actually sells: a consultancy that agrees the scope with each client in writing before work begins, and does not sell anything through an online checkout.

Seller

Quiet Cloud Rise, an independent consultancy operated in Saga city.

Person responsible for operations

The name of the person responsible is disclosed without delay when requested in writing at hello@quietcloudrise.com. We publish a business address and a business phone number so that clients can always reach us.

Address

〒840-0801 佐賀県佐賀市駅前中央2丁目6-15. The office is open to visitors by appointment, so please call or write before you come.

Phone and email

Phone 0952-46-8010 (Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00, Saturday by appointment). Email hello@quietcloudrise.com. We answer email on the same day when we can, and in any case on the next business day.

Services and prices

Organisational diagnostic: ¥480,000. Strategy facilitation: ¥180,000 per day. Quarterly advisory retainer: ¥95,000 per quarter. Document and process audit: ¥120,000. Team communication workshop: ¥90,000. All prices are in Japanese yen.

These are the usual prices. The price that applies to you is written in the scope proposal we send after our first conversation, and it also states how consumption tax is treated. We do not charge for the first conversation, which takes about thirty minutes.

Charges other than the price

There are no hidden charges. If an engagement needs travel outside Saga Prefecture, or costs that are not ordinary working costs, they are written into the scope proposal before you accept it. Bank transfer fees are paid by the client.

Payment method and timing

Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on our invoice. Invoices are issued in Japanese and state the due date. For engagements above ¥300,000, payment in two instalments is standard: fifty percent at the start and fifty percent on delivery of the final document. Other arrangements can be discussed during scoping.

When the service is provided

From first contact to start usually takes two to four weeks. We send a written scope proposal within five business days of the first conversation, and once you accept it in writing we set a start date based on both calendars. If your matter is urgent, a faster timeline is sometimes possible and we will say so in the proposal.

Applications and contract formation

A contract is formed when you accept the written scope proposal. An enquiry through the contact form or by phone is not an application and does not commit either side.

Cancellation and refunds

For facilitation sessions, cancellations made more than ten business days before the scheduled date are refunded in full. Cancellations within ten business days are charged at fifty percent. Rescheduling is handled case by case and is usually possible without a fee when we are given reasonable notice.

For the other services, the cancellation terms are written in the scope proposal. Because our services are advisory and are provided to organisations, the cooling-off system for door-to-door and telephone sales does not apply to them.

If the service does not match the agreement

If the work or the written output does not match what we agreed, tell us in writing and we will put it right at no extra charge. If that is not possible, we will agree a fair refund of the part that was not delivered. We do not promise a particular business result, because that depends on how the recommendations are used.

Who we sell to

Our services are provided to organisations and to the people who run or work in them: companies, associations, public bodies and departments within larger organisations. Most clients have between 15 and 120 people. We do not sell to consumers for personal use, and we do not run campaigns or sales calls to find clients.

How the result is delivered

Each engagement ends with a written output that the client keeps: a diagnostic report with a suggested owner for every recommendation, a meeting format, a document template, or the written record of a strategy day. We deliver it as a PDF by email unless you ask for a printed copy, and we go through it with you in person or by video when the scope includes a review meeting.

Facilitation sessions and workshops take place at your premises, at a venue you choose in Saga Prefecture or nearby, or by video call. Advisory retainers and some diagnostics can run fully remotely.

Language and invoices

We work in English and Japanese. Invoices, scope proposals and written agreements are issued in Japanese, and an English summary is available when the client wants one. The Japanese text is the one that applies.

Complaints and corrections

If you are unhappy with anything, write to hello@quietcloudrise.com and say what happened. We reply within five business days, explain what we found and what we will do about it. Corrections to this page are made as soon as a detail changes, and the date at the top shows when it was last reviewed.

Use of personal information

How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy. Information you send us is used only to answer your enquiry and to carry out the engagement.
